Coban is a respected Guatemalan coffee known to exhibit the typical Guatemalan coffee qualities which include an excellent body usually full or medium, with a rich and spicy flavor and light fruity acidy , often floral, and a lively aroma with light winey notes.
Coban is a market name for this high-grown coffee from north-central Guatemala.
Guatemala Coban coffee is best brewed through a filter or cafetière. We recommend 18-23g coffee per 350ml of water.
